Error:
The Binder file could not be loaded. The file is in use by another program.
Cause:
The Binder file being opened is located in a shared folder and the user only has read rights to that folder.
Solution:
Copy the file from the shared network folder to a folder on the local drive or contact the Network Administrator to obtain full access.
Do one of the following:
1) Copy the file from a shared network folder to a folder on the local drive and open it there.
2) Contact the Network Administrator and obtain full access to the folder.
